Handling Time
We understand that you’re eager to receive your order! That's why we strive to process and prepare your order for shipment within 2 business days, although it is often shipped out the same day if ordered before 11am ACT. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to getting your products out the door and on their way to you without delay.
Australia Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping:
- Eligibility: Available on all grinder orders, as well as any orders totaling $75 or more.
- Delivery Time: Expect your package to arrive within 7 business days from the time of shipment, although many of our customers experience even faster delivery times depending on their proximity to our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia.

Express Shipping:
- Eligibility: Available for all our products including grinders, burrs and accessories.
- Pricing: A flat rate of $30 for all grinders and burrs, and $25 for all accessories.
- Delivery Time: Your order will be expedited and delivered within 4 business days. In many cases, you may receive your order even sooner.

- Pricing: Shipping costs for orders under $75 are a flat rate of $15.
- Delivery Time: Similar to our standard delivery, expect your package within 7 business days from the time of shipment.
New Zealand Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

- Eligibility: Available on all grinder orders, as well as any orders totalling $75 or more.
- Delivery Time: Expect your package to arrive in 5-18 business days from the time of shipment, although many of our customers experience even faster delivery times depending on their proximity to our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia.

- Pricing: Shipping costs for orders under $75 are a flat rate of $15.
- Delivery Time: Similar to our standard delivery, expect your package within 5-18 business days from the time of shipment.
- At this time we do not provide express shipping to New Zealand.
Tracking and Updates
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. We typically ship our products with Australia Post. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to view updates on your order's location and expected delivery time.
Packaging
We care about the environment and reuse packaging from our distributors. As a result your package might be labeled with brands like "Turin", under which many of our DF Grinders are often sold (they're all identical). Rest assured will be exactly the grinder you ordered!
Pre-Orders
- Separate Orders Recommended: To receive other items sooner, we recommend ordering pre-orders separately.
- Arrival Times: Our website's estimated arrival times are based on the best information available. These times are subject due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control. We keep our website updated on the latest estimates and provide you with email updates on your pre-order status. If you have any questions about the status of your pre-order please feel free to contact us at info@dfgrinders.com.au.
- Shipping Pre-Orders: We will ship your pre-order within 1-2 business days of its arrival at our warehouse, often on the same day. We know you are eager to receive your new gear! You will receive email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it ships.
Warehouse Location
Our products ship directly from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. This central location allows us to efficiently deliver to our customers across Australia ensuring prompt service and quick delivery times.
Additional Information
We are proudly Australian-owned and operated. No brokerage fees, duty fees, or COD charges on any and all Australian orders.

What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
While we take great care in packaging our products, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact us at info@dfgrinders.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damage. Please include photos of both the product and the outside packaging.
